IBC Exhibitor Information

A $500 non-refundable deposit per 100 square feet of space is required to reserve your booth space; Deposits will be applied toward the total booth fee, due in January, 2010.

Please review the floor plan for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center

List your top 7 choices for preferred booth locations; you will be placed as close to your top choice as possible. Booth location will be assigned based on booth size and seniority. Booth Numbers will be assigned on January 15th, 2010.
