JANUARY– Registration and Resume Due

Registration, 75-word abstract, and brief bio or CV of the Presenting Author is due to the IBC on January 15, 2010. These materials will allow the IBC to publicize your presentation. Please confirm your information by visiting the IBC Poster Confirmation Form. (These are also available in PDF at the bottom of the page.)

We request that your Conference Registration be handled in January to ensure that it is processed correctly.

Please note that the special rate is for Poster Presenters Only. Co-Authors planning on attending the Conference must register using the regular registration form located on the IBC Web Site.

If you believe you'll need an extension, please contact our offices as soon as possible to make arrangements.

APRIL– Preliminary Paper and Final Logistical Arrangements

Several items are due by April 29, 2010 . These include a preliminary copy of your poster (for review by the IBC) a final reminder for Hotel reservations if you require them.

MAY - Presenters will be notified if changes are necessary

Presenters will be contacted by May 14, 2010 regarding any changes necessary for presentation of the poster at the IBC.

JUNE 6-9, 2010 – International Bridge Conference®

Each presenter will be allocated a 3.5'x3.5' poster space, pushpins will be provided.

The IBC is not responsible for receiving or shipping posters or poster materials. The author is responsible for these arrangements.

Posters will be displayed from 9:00am until 5:00 Tuesday June 8th and from 8:30am 1:30pm Wednesday, June 9th, 2010 inside the IBC Exhibit Hall.

All presenters accepted to present at the poster sessions will be required to register for the IBC and will either receive a complimentary exhibit hall only registration (valued at $75) or a $75 discount on any conference registration. This does not include seminars, tours, or Student registration. Registration discount is limited to 1 per poster.

Presenters will be required to be at their poster for 1 of 2 arranged time slots. Either from 2:30pm until 3:30pm Tuesday or from 9:30am until 10:30am Wednesday to entertain Q&A.

Authors who are planning on attending only one of the 2 days must notify show management by no later than April 29th, 2010.

Authors must have their posters up by 9:00am Tuesday and must have it removed by no later than 2:00pm Wednesday. All posters remaining after 2:00pm Wednesday will be discarded without notice.

The poster must NOT be a commercial/product sales poster. Any poster that is deemed to be overtly commercial will be removed from the Conference as unacceptable. The judgment of the Conference Committee will be final.

Company logos may not appear more than 3 times on an entire poster and cannot exceed 3"x3".
